Gentle impulses for regulation and balance
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a particularly gentle, manual method within complementary therapy. It supports the body in releasing tension and discomfort and in promoting the body’s natural regulatory processes, including those of the nervous system. Through mindful, subtle touch, a state of deep relaxation can develop, supporting a holistic sense of wellbeing and inner balance.

Craniosacral therapy in dialogue with the body and nervous system
Using precise, mindful hand contacts and subtle impulses, tissues and structures – particularly the craniosacral system, consisting of the skull, spine and sacrum – are perceived and supported. Changes within this system can provide indications for therapeutic work and may help to address patterns of tension in interaction with the organism as a whole. Many people experience the treatment as deeply relaxing and beneficial.
